The outcome of TUSA's various programs - Architecture, Design, Historic Preservation, and Real Estate - is organized into four major chapters according to different action plans for addressing affordability: environmental, cultural, economic, and social. Posing the question “What is economically, socially, environmentally and culturally affordable?”, raises many other questions: What is desirable? What is fair? What is logical and exciting?
